房総の港で水揚げされたばかりの魚を、ひとつひとつ丁寧に刻み、味噌や薬味と和えた“なめろう”は、昔から地元漁師たちに愛されてきた郷土の味。
その伝統の味わいを、丼や手巻き寿司という形で、もっと気軽に楽しんでいただけるように工夫しました。

We proudly serve “Namero Don” (Namero rice bowls) and “Namero Hand-Rolled Sushi,” made with fresh local fish straight from the nearby coast.
“Namero” is a traditional dish from the Boso Peninsula, where finely chopped local fish is mixed with miso, ginger, and herbs?a recipe cherished by fishermen for generations.
We’ve given this classic a modern twist, making it easy and delicious to enjoy on the go.

To complement your meal, we also offer a selection of carefully chosen local sake.
Whether you prefer it chilled or at room temperature, our sake pairs perfectly with the rich flavor of our seafood dishes.
